Ok so I have been trying to find something better for me than ice cream to have after dinner… Then I found this recipe, it’s like a peanut butter cup in a glass!
Ok so this is enough for 2 smoothies…
First you will need to freeze some bananas. You will need one large banana or one to two small. Chop it up before freezing as it will work better when added to the smoothie!
So once your banana is frozen you can get started on your glass of awesomeness.
In a blender place,
2 tea spoons of pure coco powder
3 squares of dark chocolate, chopped (70% at least)
1 heaped table spoon of crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup milk
Pulse in the blender until smooth.
Add in the frozen banana and 1 and a 1/2 cups more of milk and blend until smooth. Poor in to two glasses and enjoy with a friend.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is a Braille watch.
I’m not blind or visually impaired, but I still want one, and you can’t honestly say you don’t too. It’s only a concept at the moment, but let’s hope it comes in to production! Check it out at The Design Blog.
This is such an awesome idea I just had to share it!
So I’m doing a bit of research in to coeliac disease and cold and flu. I am always getting a cold after I have been “glutened” and want to find out if there is any link. Let me know if you or anyone you know has also found this a problem for themselves.
I’m off to see a nutritionist tomorrow to see if she can give me any answers.
